I managed to cycle for 10 kilometers&amp;nbsp;within 30 minutes&amp;nbsp;for 5 days in a row including today. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I cycle using my Takasima static bike... :) Feeling great and faster each day. When I started the cycling I managed to cycle 10 kilometers in 32 minutes... but today, It only took me 27 minutes... Getting stronger... Intense and amazing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Last 10 days I was alternating Zuzka's workout and skipping for 700 reps each day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I lost&amp;nbsp;1 kilos... :) this week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My dresses fits me well again... I am happy..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope to lose another 1 kilo next week. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Still long way to catch up with ideal weight... I can say that the whole 21 days is&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;very successfull for&lt;br /&gt;1. Drink 2 litres of water.&lt;br /&gt;2. Only drink 1 '3 in 1' drink pack&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;less success for&lt;br /&gt;1. eat oatmeal for breakfast.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;this is because this month i travel so much and could not manage to bring oatmeal to wherever i go. When I am at home I definitely eat oat as my breakfast. I will continue this routine but not only oats, I am going to add in other healthy breakfast like corn flakes and cereals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;least success&lt;br /&gt;1. Jog/Walk 30 minutes a day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am injured and barely motivated to do this. I am going to continue this in my new goal. Improvised my saying exercise 30 minutes/ day. So I can include my strength training and &lt;a href="http://www.bodyrock.tv/"&gt;Zuzana&lt;/a&gt; training in that 30 minutes time. I am proud to say that drinking 2 litres of water has already my routine. I feel energized and light. Surprisingly this months period (womems), I did not have swollen feets. Alhamdulillah. May be because I am drinking enough water so my body do not retain that much of water. Good Feeling. Drinking 2 litres was so difficult before this. but now I can even drink up to 3 litres somedays.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am also rarely take 3 in 1 drinks. I drink more plain water...:) goody...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I oatmeal breakfast is on and off... most of the day I take it with bananas. yummy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My only worry is my walking has not been a routine yet, I still miss the walking here and there... I plan to even scrutinize my goal for walking, I must walk 30 minutes the first thing in the morning. So that I won't try to procastinate. Day 5, 6 and 7, I was at my cousin's house and hotel to help my mom packing to Umrah.. so did not walk for 30 minutes and also did not take oatmeal for breakfast... Felt frustating ... just could not make it... Other than that goal.. achieved... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 8, 9, 10 and today day 11,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did all three goals, except walking... my feet hurts and can't walk much... and need to give rest....&lt;br /&gt;So did not manage to do my 30 mins walking..:) Other than that... Went to the lab and continue some of the works that left for some time. These are the times that I struggle to fulfill my needs and goals. I tend to lose control when the environment and event push me to the edges. When I am confused with certain things and need to make hard decision, I get nervous and anxiety. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I feel that there are so many things to be done and very little time to spent, I tend to lose all the control I have towards my goal. But this time with the 21 Goal method I manage to pull off most of the goals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Congratulations to myself, I manage to&lt;br /&gt;1. Eat my oat breakfast.&lt;br /&gt;2. Drink more than 2 litres of water (tried very hard to fulfill this)&lt;br /&gt;3. Not drink my 3in 1 drink&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But I did not manage to Jog 30 minutes.... Some how felt too tired to do this because came home very late. I achived the goals with flying colors.. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ate oats for breakfast.&lt;br /&gt;I walked 32 minutes - 3 km.&lt;br /&gt;I did not drink the 3 in 1 drink that i trying to avoid to take many because it contains high sugar and also trans fat content. My goal is to drink only 1 per day but yesterday I did not take any...&lt;br /&gt;Drink 2 litres of water. I did achieved this..:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully this will be my baby steps to achieve my weight loss goal. Daging Kambing masak kurma.. Daging lembu masak kicap... aduh sedap belaka... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Di tambah lagi kek hari ibu, kek hari guru, ais krim sedap, beef steak .. hahaha Minum air kosong pun kurang, byk minum air manis... hmm.... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapi tak pa .. jgn putus asa... Mulai hari ni... mulakan makan dengan baik....&lt;br /&gt;Mulakan jalani jalan yang betul&lt;br /&gt;Plan senaman. makanan dengan baik... IsyaAllah turun balik...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tetapkan matlamat balik...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Matlamat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Minum air kosong 2 liter hari-hari&lt;br /&gt;Jalan/Jog 30 minit hari-hari...&lt;br /&gt;Hanya minum minuman 3 in 1 sekali sehari (paling byk)&lt;br /&gt;Sarapan dengan oatmeal...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akan lakukan ini utk 21 hari.... InsyaAllah... guna kaki utk angkat badan.. heheheh...&lt;br /&gt;high knees 15 kali... boleh buat lebih tapi sakit tangan sebab bergantung dgn tangan kat besi....:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Skipping 400 kali...&lt;br Jogging sekejap di pantai... sgt menyemputkan bila berlari di atas pasir...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Squat 50 kali... Burpees 5 kali.. It is an overwhelming feeling... because last time when I tried to do this move.. I can't even finish 5 reps of it... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I can do 50 reps .. wow... syukur.... I was procastinating for a while then I thought... I must give a try....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I persuaded my self that I will do 100 reps and see how its feel....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once I started the workout, I found it fun... Its hard for a while, but once I am in the rythm of the workout, I moved swifly...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resting for a while after each 20 reps.... and sometimes 50 reps..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I managed to finish 300 reps..... Wow... I did it,,,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I never realized that I have that strength..:) It took me 16 minutes to finish this... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Definitely feel proud... and satisfying..:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Squat - squat down to get the thighs parallel to the ground. Push hips back keeping back straight. Keeps abs tight, chest up and shoulder back and down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Leg Lift - Stay low and shift weight towards right leg. Lift and extend left leg out to the side. Return tu starting squat position and repeat on other leg. Minum air yang banyak&lt;br /&gt;2. buat regangan sikit atas muscle yang sakit atau lenguh....supaya ianya lembut&lt;br /&gt;3. Mandi ganti-ganti air panas dan sejuk... malas nak buat yg ni.. tapi mmg berkesan..&lt;br /&gt;4. dah nak buat .&lt;br /&gt;Alhamdulillah selesai exercise utk hari ni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara buat jump jacks&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kena lompat macam skipping lompat dua kaki tapi sekali lompat buka kaki dan sekali buka tutup kaki... setiap kali lompat kira satu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;boleh juga kalau nak guna tali skipping kalau nak..... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1000 lompatan berjaya dilakukan dalam masa 14 minit 39 saat.... :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;yeay!!!!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Siapa nak Tiba-tiba dia diserang sakit jantung dan telah ke sisi Allah. Begitu mengejutkan... Sesaat dia melawak dengan anaknya..sesaat lagi sudah tiada lagi... hmm.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Menyedarkan kak ani betapa kita sepatutnya menghargai hidup ini dan melakukan segala yang kita impikan. kerana ajal tidak dapat dihalang.... boleh datang bila-bila masa...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mungkin perassan ini menggerakkan hati k. ani utk menulis blog ini pagi ini sbb dah lama kak ani impikan utk update blog ini... kak ani tak nak kak ani pergi tanpa dapat melakukan impian kak ani .... Menarik aktivitinya. Interesting dan exciting. Kak Ani banyak mengenal diri dan tersedar dari lamunan... banyak perkara dalam hidup ni kak ani anggap remeh dan kak ani lupakan tapi sebenarnya perkara-perkara ini menyumbang pada jati diri kita. Contohnya nyanyian lagu negeri, lagu tema tempat keje dan sebagainya. Program ini melatih supaya kita menjadi Bintang dimana sahaja kita berada. Bila kita alami kesulitran atau kalah..tanya diri kita "Why Do We FAll" dan kalau kita menang kita kena tanya diri kita "How can it be better" dengan amalkan ini kita akan sentiasa menjadi terbaik dan memperbaiki diri kita. Kak Ani percaya dengan statement ini. DAn sentiasa berfikir dan mempunyai imu baru sbb ilmu dan idea baru adalah spt otot kepada otak kita. Hidup kita penuh dengan pilihan. Pilihan yang menentukan arah hidup kita. /&gt;terlalu straight forward....kena berbunga-bunga sikit.....&lt;br /&gt;Antara komen papa tersayang......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sampai terfikir pula.....kak ani buat research thesis ke buat novel....&lt;br /&gt;Kalau ayat tak berbunga tak leh grade ke?&lt;br /&gt;Researchnya ada result...ada semua....and straight foward...&lt;br /&gt;belum cukupkah... pening--pening...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kalau bandingkan ngan thesis phd org lain pun...tak lah cantik sangat...&lt;br /&gt;ayat lagi teghuk pada kita pun ada....grade juga....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ya Allah....kekalkanlah kesabaran
